Robert Conchola Jr., a Kansas City, Kansas native, has dedicated much of his life to supporting local youth and families. As President of Little League Football for 10 years, he ensured every child had the opportunity to participate. Robert’s ties to KCK include fond memories of wrestling at Memorial Hall and teaching boxing at his uncle’s gym. With nearly 30 years in manufacturing, he’s now Director of Operations at Marvin Windows and Doors. In early 2024, Robert led the construction of a new 400,000-square-foot facility in KCK, creating 700 jobs and supporting the community’s growth.
