Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Howie moved to Kansas in 1968 to attend Ottawa University. He joined Renaissance Financial in 1997 and brings more than 47 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, specializing in executive benefit strategies, deferred compensation, succession planning, and risk management solutions.

Howie is a frequent speaker on relationship building and wealth accumulation and serves on multiple nonprofit and advisory boards, including the One Heart Project, True North Missions, E3 Scholarship Fund, and the advisory board of CrossFirst Bank. He is also a member of Premier Resource Group through the Securian Financial Network.
