John Thomas, Vice President of Development at NorthPoint Development, joined the company in 2014 as part of the development team. With over 11 years in project management and executive roles, he has contributed to the company’s growth in Kansas City, Reno, Denver, and other markets. Before NorthPoint, John spent 18 years in geotechnical engineering, including 10 years as Senior Principal at Terracon Consultants. Beyond his professional career, John is committed to community engagement, actively supporting PAL youth programs by providing weeknight meals and serving on the PAL Director of Fundraising selection committee, helping create a supportive environment for local kids.
