Fitness & Boxing

Fitness is one of the most popular programs at the PAL KCK, offering kids a variety of cardiovascular and strength activities—from running and jump rope to climbing and weight training. Kids as young as 8 develop healthy routines while learning teamwork, discipline, and perseverance under the guidance of police officers and adult mentors. Boxing is available for those who want to explore it, with professional coaches teaching fundamentals and advanced skills. Only a small percentage of participants pursue competitive boxing, but all students benefit from the confidence, focus, and self-discipline the sport helps cultivate.
