Fishing & Camping

PAL KCK’s fishing and camping programs give inner-city kids a chance to unplug, connect with nature, and build life skills. Participants learn fishing techniques, tackle, and casting, then put those skills to work on trips led by PAL KCK police officers and mentors. Camping teaches teamwork, outdoor cooking, and conservation practices—all in a safe, supportive environment. These programs help youth build confidence, friendships, and lasting memories.
