Community Dinners

We're all about community. And we like to eat! Join us!

There's something really special about sharing a meal together. It helps people slow down and get to know each other better. It's a great example for the kids we serve, and it shows them how much our community cares about them and their families. And it has a lasting impact on our community members and partners when they participate.

That's the idea behind our PAL Community Dinners, where we serve free meals to around 80 kids on Wednesday evenings. We have teamed up with many corporate, civic and community groups to provide healthy meals to kids who need it most.

We hope you and/or your group, company or team will consider helping to serve, cater or bring a prepared dinner for our kids and the families in our community on a Wednesday evening. The PAL kids will contribute seasonal produce from our garden when available, and we think you'll enjoy the chance to get to know them on their journey to becoming part of teams like yours one day.
